M. C. Brennan's screenplay "The People's Choice" was recently named a semifinalist at the Austin Film Festival. The much-lauded dark comedy follows motor-car madman Buck McKern on a psychobilly quest to become Governor of Arizona, and the doomed, damned fools who dare to stand in his way. Follow MCB's ribald adventures at AFF (and indeed just her normal random blather, too) on her ever-popular livejournal, where the line between clever and stupid grows ever more thin.
